Dream home laminate flooring

I am considering cork dream home laminate floor tiles for my kitchen (not a floating floor).

Are you happy with the choice?
Does it blend well with cabinetry?
From a resale point of view-does it hurt? would a buyer prefer tile?
How was the install (DIY)?
